R.S. Lipman launched a new rosé in its Lonely Cow New Zealand wine brand. Lonely Cow Rosé ($13 a 750-ml.) is cold-fermented in stainless steel tanks and has flavors of fresh raspberry and strawberry, with crisp acidity. The wine, which joins a Sauvignon Blanc in the line, is available in Tennessee, with expansion planned. For more information, visit Rslipman.com.
